交泰丸膏穴位贴敷治疗心肾不交型失眠随机平行对照研究

The Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Jiaotai Pill(交泰丸) Acupoint Sticking Application Therapy for the Insomnia Patients which Diagnosed with the TCM Syndrome

[目的]观察交泰丸膏穴位贴敷治疗心肾不交型失眠疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例艾司唑仑,2mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组30例交泰丸膏穴位贴敷(黄连、肉桂、磁石、龙骨、炒酸枣仁、柏子仁,大理州第二人民医院药剂科加工制作成中药膏剂),双侧涌泉、内关、心俞、肾俞,纱布固定每晚睡前贴敷,晨起取下。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、PSQI评分、睡眠影响因子、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床痊愈4例,显效9例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;对照组临床痊愈1例,显效7例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。PSQI总分、睡眠影响因子评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]交泰丸膏穴位贴敷治疗心肾不交型失眠,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Jiaotai pill acupoint sticking therapy of the insomnia patients which diagnosed with the TCM syndrome （imbalance between heart-Yang and kidney-Yin）. [Methods] We employed the randomly contrast study at parallel level, 60 cases of hospitalized patients randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots with the pathography number. The.control group, 30 cases of estazolam 2 mg/time, i/d, oral. Treatment group, 30 cases Jiaotai pill（交泰丸） for acupoint sticking （The pharmacy of second people＇s hospital of Dali prefecture use rhizoma coptidis, cinnamon, magnet, keel, Fried Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, platycladi seed, processed into traditional Chinese medicine ointments）, jiaotai pills used at the bilateral yongquan point and neiguan point, hsin shu, shenshu point for acupoint sticking therapy, ointments fixed by gauze before sleeping every night and take down it in the morning. We continue the treatment till 30 d for 1 course. Observe the clinical symptoms, PSQI score, Sleep impact factor, adverse reactions. We judged curative effect after 2 courses of this treatment. [Results] In treatment group, 4 cases were cured, 9 cases have obvious effect, 15 cases were useful, only 2 cases were treatment failured, the total efficiency is 93.33%. In the control group 1 case was cured, the markedly effective individuals were 7, 16 cases were useful, 6 cases were treatment failured, the total efficiency is 80.00%. Treating group was better than control group （P〈0.05）. PSQI total score, sleep impact factor scores were improved in the two groups （P〈0.O1）, the treatment group improved better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Jiaotai pill paste acupoint sticking therapy for the insomnia patients which diagnosed with the TCM syndrome has satisfactory results and don＇t have serious adverse reactions. The therapy should be promoted.
