辨证分型食疗+足浴联合安神丸与生活调理治疗失眠随机平行对照研究

Syndrome Differentiation Type Diet Plus the Foot Bath Joint Anshen Pill(安神丸) Recuperate Cure Insomnia Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察辨证分型食疗+足浴联合安神丸与生活调理治疗失眠疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组43例生活调理:安静和舒适病房环境,合理作息;安神丸,睡前口服,2丸/次,2次/d。治疗组43例心脾两虚,进食营养丰富、益气生血、养心安神食品(马铃薯、山药、红枣等);阴虚火旺,进食滋阴降火、交通心肾食品(南瓜、银耳等);肝郁气滞进食清淡食品(西红柿鸡蛋汤面等),多进食疏肝行气、解郁及安神食品(龙眼肉等);足浴(丹参30g,酸枣仁20g,肉桂16g,夜交藤、合欢皮、茯神各15g,香附10g,黄连6g),水煎至200m L浓缩液,睡觉泡脚,1次/d;生活调理、安神丸治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、睡眠状态、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈22例,显效10例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.02%。对照组痊愈10例,显效11例,有效10例,无效12例,总有效率72.09%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型食疗+足浴联合安神丸与生活调理治疗,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the differentiation and type of diet＋foot bath joint anshen pill and life nursing curative effect on insomnia. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 86 cases of hospitalized patients in clinic order numbering method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 43 cases of life： quiet and comfortable room environment, reasonable work and rest; Anshen pill （tongren temple）, oral before going to sleep, 2 pills/time, 2 times/d. Two virtual treatment group 43 cases, eat rich nutrition and activing blood, yangxin nerves food （potato, yam, red jujube, etc.）; Yin fire, eating ziyin decrease internal heat,the traffic heart kidney food （pumpkin, tremella, etc.）; liver depression and Qi stagnation eat bland food （tomato egg noodles in soup, etc.）, more than eat liver Qi, resolve depression and nerves food （longan meat, etc.）; foot bath （salvia mihiorrhiza 30g, 20g of semen ziziphi spinosae （zs）, cinnamon, 16 g, tuber fleeceflower stem, cortex albiziae, god eight each 15g, with 10g, rhizoma coptidis 6g）, till 200mL water concentrate, sleep to soak the foot, l/d; life recuperation, sedative bolus treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, sleep, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Results] The treatment group recover 22 cases, 10 cases had marked effect, 8 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 93.02%. The control group, 10 cases were cured, 11 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 72.09%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Syndrome differentiation type diet plus the foot bath joint Anshen pill and life nursing treatment curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
