艾灸联合乌梅丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎随机平行对照研究

Moxibustion(艾灸) Combined with Wumei Wan(乌梅丸) Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察艾灸联合乌梅丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院及门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。清淡饮食、三餐定时;戒烟忌酒,避免使用损害胃黏膜药物,规律饮食,避免过热、过咸和辛辣食物。对照组43例莫沙必利,3次/d,5mg/次;奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;阿莫西林,250mg/次,3次/d;甲硝唑,0.2g/次,2次/d。治疗组43例艾灸,足三里、天枢、中脘、内关、阿是穴,悬起温和灸法结合隔姜灸,2穴/次,30min/次,隔天灸;乌梅丸(乌梅25g,黄柏8g,肉桂3g,细辛5g,熟附子先煎9g,川椒、黄连各5g,干姜6g,莪术3g,党参、当归、鸡内金各10g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率95.35%;对照组显效16例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率81.40%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]艾灸联合乌梅丸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Moxibustion treatment group of 43 patients, Zusanli, Tiansbu, in the abdominal, the customs, Ashi, hanging from mild moxibustion combined with Ginger, 2 points/second, 30 rain/times, day moxibustion. WMW （Wumei 25 g, Huangbai 8 g, Rougui 3 g, Xixin 5 g, Shufuzixianjian 9 g; Chuanjiao, Huanglian 5 g, Ganjiang 6 g, E＇zhu 3 g, Dangshen,Danggui,Jineijinl0g）, 1 Agents/d, decoction 400 mL, sooner or later, oral. 90d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] Treatment group 26 cases, effective in 15 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.35%. The control group 16 cases markedly effective in 19 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 81.40%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Combined WMW moxibustion treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
