止嗽散合二陈汤联合西药治疗小儿支气管炎随机平行对照研究

Zhisou San(止嗽散) and Erchen Tang(二陈汤) Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Infantile Bronchitis Random Parallel Control Method

[目的]观察止嗽散合二陈汤联合西药治疗小儿支气管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组35例抗感染、止咳化痰、退热、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡及营养支持等。治疗组35例止嗽散合二陈汤(炙紫菀9g,炙百部12g,白前9g,法半夏6g,陈皮、桔梗、茯苓各9g,甘草3g;表寒重加荆芥、薄荷;痰多加杏仁、瓜蒌皮;喘息重加苏子、杏仁、葶苈子;高热加生石膏、知母;咽干咽痒加浙贝、牛蒡子;食滞纳呆加莱菔子、焦山楂),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、炎性因子、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。炎性因子水平两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]止嗽散合二陈汤联合西药治疗小儿支气管炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe ZSS and ECT combined with western medicine in treatment of bronchiolitis in children. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly. The control group of 35 cases of anti infection, fever, cough and phlegm, correcting water electrolyte and acid-base balance and nutritional support. Treatment group （n=35） ZSS and ECT （sunburn aster 9 g, sunburn 100 12 g, white before 9 g, pinellia tuber 6 G, dried tangerine peel, Platycodon grandiflorum, P0ria cocos 9 g, licorice 3 G; table cold weight plus Nepeta, mint; phlegm and almond, pericarpium trichosanthis; breathing heavy jiasuzi, almond, semen Lepidii;hyperthermia plus gypsum, Anemarrhena; throat itchy throat and Fritillaria, Frnctus Arctii; indigestion, loss of appetite and radish seed, Fructus crataegi Preparata）, daily 1 agent, water simmer in Water 200 ml, sooner or later, oral; western medicine in the treatment of with the control group. Continuous treatment with 7 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, the level of inflammatory factors, adverse reaction. The 1 course of treatment to determine efficacy. Group than in the control group. [Results] Treatment （P〈0.05）. Inflammatory factor levels in the two groups were improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] ZSS and ECT combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis, and the results were satisfactory. No serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
