千金苇茎汤合保元汤联合西药治疗老年性肺炎随机平行对照研究

The Randomized and Controlled Study of Qianjin Weijing Tang(千金苇茎汤) and Baoyuan Tang(保元汤) Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Senile Pneumonia

[目的]观察千金苇茎汤合保元汤联合西药治疗老年性肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例氧气吸入、抗感染、化痰、营养支持、维持水电解质平衡及对症处理等。治疗组40例千金苇茎汤合保元汤（苇根、薏苡仁各30g,桃仁10g,冬瓜子30g,黄芪25~30g,生晒参15~30g,甘草、生地、麦冬各10g）,1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、WBC、CRP、PCT、胸部CT、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症状体征改善及炎症吸收时间两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。WBC、CRP、PCT下降时间两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]千金苇茎汤合保元汤联合西药治疗老年性肺炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] Objective To observe the curative effect of QJWJT and BYT combined with western medicine in treatment of senile pneumonia. [Methods] The control group of 40 cases of oxygen inhalation, phlegm, anti infection, nutritional support, maintenance of water and electrolyte balance and symptomatic treatment. Treatment group （n=40） QJWJT and BYT （rhizoma phragmitis 30 g, coix seed 30 g, peach kernel 10 g, semen benincasae 30 g, Astragalus mongholicus 25-30 g, ginseng 15-30 g, liquorice 10 g, habitat 10 g, ophiopogon root 10 g）, daily 1 agent, water simmer in Water 200 mL, warm morning and evening; Western medicine in the treatment of with the control group. Continuous treatment with 14 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, WBC, CRP, PCT, chest CT, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The control group clinical curative effect in treatment group than （P〈0.05）. The improvement of symptoms and signs of inflammation and absorption time of two groups were improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. WBC, CRP and PCT decreased time of two groups were improved （P 〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Effect of QJWJT and BYT combined with western medicine in treatment of senile pneumonia was no serious adverse reactions and worthy of promotion.
