调脂通脉汤联合拜阿司匹灵与阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛随机平行对照研究

To Tiaozhi Tongmai Tang(调脂通脉汤) Combined Aspirin and Atorvastatin Calcium Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Unstable Angina Multicenter Randomized Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察调脂通脉汤联合拜阿司匹灵与阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用多中心随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组30例拜阿司匹灵,100mg/次,1次/d;阿托伐他汀钙,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组30例调脂通脉汤(红花15g,桃仁、当归各10g,赤、白芍各15g,丹参20g,川芎、郁金、香附各15g,佛手6g,枳壳、人参各10g,炒决明子15g,制黄精20g,生山楂20g,全瓜蒌30g,陈皮、泽泻各15g,炙甘草6g;心肾阳虚加炮附子先煎30g,仙灵脾、桂枝各20g,车前子15g,茯苓30g;气阴两虚重用人参,加黄芪30g,二冬各15g;痰湿较重加半夏12g,茯苓、苍术各15g,通草12g,肉蔻15g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、冠状动脉狭窄程度、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛疗效、CCTA疗效治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]调脂通脉汤联合拜阿司匹灵与阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

The control group 30 cases aspirin 100 mg/times, l/d; atorvastatin calcium 20 mg/times, 1/d. The treatment group 30 cases TZTMT, the agent of l/d, Fried juice 400 mL water, in the morning and evening each oral at a time; Western medicine treatment and the control group, continuous treatment for 3 months for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, Coronary CT angiography, adverse reactions. Continuous curative effect after 2 courses of judgement. [Result] The therapeutic effect of angina peetoris, the therapeutic effect of CCTA were better than control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] To TZTMT combined worship unclogged arteries department horse spirit with atorvastatin calcium results in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
