摘要
前列腺肥大属"癃闭"范畴,肾主水,司二便,与膀胱相表里,老年人年老体虚,肾精渐亏,天癸渐竭,阳气虚衰,阴阳失调,气血运行失畅,败精瘀血,凝结滞块而成癃闭,所以很多前列腺肥大患者可见腰膝酸软无力,畏寒肢冷,舌质淡,苔薄白腻或微黄,脉沉细或弦细。粗盐首见于《五十二病方》,咸、平、微凉、无毒;归肺、胃、肾经;催吐利水,泄热软坚,润燥通便。《中华本草》记载"艾叶苦辛,……以之灸火,能透诸经而除百病";艾灸神阙穴有调理冲任、温通元阳、健脾和胃等功效。咸味可入肾,在脐眼填满盐粒后再灸,能使盐的咸味进入身体,引导艾灸到达肾,补肾助阳。神阙穴隔盐灸,具有培肾固本、温阳补气的作用,肾中真阳能够得以旺盛,真火能培补生土,使脾阳得以充盛,体质得到增强,进一步增强机体抗御外邪的作用。
