半夏泻心汤联合四逆散辨治胃食管反流病60例临床观察

Banxiaxiexin Tang(半夏泻心汤) Joint Sini San(四逆散)Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease 60 Cases Clinical Observation

[目的]观察半夏泻心汤联四逆散治疗胃食管反流病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者半夏泻心汤联合四逆散(清半夏12g,白芍、枳实、柴胡各10g,大枣、黄连各6g,黄芩10g,干姜9g,太子参15g,甘草炙6g;肝胃气滞加香附、郁金各10g;寒邪犯胃减黄连、黄岑,加香附、高良姜、吴茱萸各10g;胃阴亏虚加石解、麦冬、北沙参各10g;胃热炽盛者加蒲公英、山栀炒各10g;食滞胃肠加山楂、神曲各10g,鸡内金30g;瘀阻胃络加赤芍、降香、丹参各10g;脾胃虚寒减黄连、黄岑,加饴糖10g,桂枝6g),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚口服,150m L/次。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、RDQ症状评分(病情等级/平均得分)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈32例,显效18例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。病情等级治疗前后差异显著(P<0.01)。RDQ症状评分平均得分治疗前后差异显著(P<0.01)。[结论]半夏泻心汤联四逆散治疗胃食管反流病疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Methods] Random parallel control method, 60 cases of hospitalized patients BanxiaxiexinTang United Sini （Qingbanxia 12g, Baishoa, Zhishi,Chaihu 10 g, Dazao, Huanglian 6 g, Huangqin 10 g, Ganjiang 9 g, Taizishen 15 g, Gancao 6 g; liver and stomach Qi stagnation plus Xiangfu,Yujin each 10 g; Fan Wei Han Xie Save Huanglian,Huangqin, plus Xiangfu, Gaolaingjiang, Wuzhuyu 10 g; stomach yin deficiency add Shijie,Maidong, Beishashen 10 g; stomach flaming plus Pugongying, Shanzhi each 10 g; gastrointestinal stagnation plus Shanzha, Shenqu 10 g, Jineijin 30g; stomach meridian stasis plus Chishao, Jiangxiang, Danshen 10 g; stomach Deficiency Save Huanglian, Huangqin, add Yitangl0 g, Guizhi 6 g）, 1 Ji/d, decoction 300 mL, sooner or later, oral, 150 mL/times. 30 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, the disease level, symptom score, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Results] 32 cases cured, 18 cases markedly effective in 8 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%. Grade disease before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0.01）. Symptom scores before and after treatment were significantly different （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] BanxiaxiexinTang United Sini treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
