一效膏外敷治疗中风后压疮28例临床观察

Clinical observation of 28 cases of Yixiaogao(一效膏) in the treatment of Pressure Ulcer After Stroke

[目的]观察一效膏外敷治疗中风后压疮疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,28例住院患者常规碘伏棉球消毒疮面周围;清洁疮面,清除腐烂坏死组织,腐肉较多时用双氧水清洁创面,0.9%氯化钠冲洗;一效膏(煅炉甘石、滑石、片栗粉、朱砂、冰片等,香油调)适量均匀涂抹于凡士林纱布上,面积较疮面稍大,厚度约2mm,贴敷疮面,无菌纱布覆盖包扎,每日换药1次;连续外敷7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疮面面积、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效15例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率92.86%(26/28)。治疗后压疮面积(6.2±2.6)cm^2。[结论]一效膏外敷治疗中风后压疮,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] This article observe the effect of Yixiaogao（一效膏） in the treatment of post stroke pressure ulcers. [Method] Using a prospective design method, used Iodine volts cotton ball to disinfect the wound of 28 patients. Cleaned the wound according to the situation of wound. Removed decay necrotic tissue. Cleaned with hydrogen peroxide solution when the carrion was large, the flushed the wound with 0.9% sodium chloride injection. Daubed amount of Yixiaogao that the area slightly bigger than the wound evenly on the vaseline gauze the thickness was about 2 mm. Put the vaseline gauze on the wound, then a sterile gauze covered them. Changed the bandage daily. Continue the treatment of 7 days as 1 course of treatment. Observated the clinical symptoms, the area of wound, the adverse reaction. Continued the treatment for 4 courses of treatment, then determined efficacy. [Rusults] Effective in 15 cases, Less effective in 11 cases, Ineffective in 2 cases, The total efficiency is 92.86% （26/28）. The wound area was （6.2 ±2.6）cm^2 after the treatment. [Conclusion] Yixiaogao（一效膏） in the treatment of pressure ulcers is effective and worthy of promotion.
