针刺+中药熏洗+雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症24例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of 24 Cases Treatment of Dry Eye Syndrome of Acupuncture, Herbal Fumigation, Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Sodium Hyaluronate

[目的]观察针刺+中药熏洗+雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,24例(48眼)门诊患者针刺(睛明、风池、攒竹、丝竹空、太阳、球后、合谷、外关),捻转提插补泻,留针30min/次,1次/d;中药熏洗(赤芍、菊花、麦冬、枸杞子、薄荷)药气熏蒸患眼,10min/次,1次/d;雷火灸(攒竹、丝竹空、太阳、鱼腰),对穴位及泪腺局部轻度按摩,10min/次,1次/d。人工泪液(玻璃酸钠滴眼液),1滴/次,4次/d。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌、症状平均积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效6眼,有效36眼,无效6眼,总有效率87.50%(42/48)。泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌、症状平均积分均有改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。[结论]针刺+中药熏洗+雷火灸联合玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of severe dry eye. To observe the curative effects of the treatment of dry eye syndrome by acupuncture, herbal fumigation, thunder fire moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate. [Method] Using Prospective approach, the experiment contains 24 clinic patients （48 eyes）. The manipulating techniques of acupuncture are twirling lifting and thrusting, lasting 30m, qd. Herbal fumigation steam the illeye, lasting 10m, qd. Thunder fire moxibustion and local mild massage lasting 10m, qd. Artificial tears （Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops）, 1 drop each time, 4 times each day. One course includes 30 days continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, tear break-up time, tear secretion, symptom score, adverse reaction. After one course treatment, the curative effect was assessed. [Results] 6 eyes are markedly effective, 36 eyes are efficient, 6 eyes are invalid. The total rate of efficiency is 87.50% （42/48）. Tear break-up time, tear secretion and symptom score were all improved （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The curative effects of the treatment of dry eye syndrome by acupuncture, herbal fumigation, thunder fire moxibustion combined with sodium hyaluronate are considered satisfied. No severe adverse reaction. The treatment is worth promoting.
