摘要
眩晕为内科常见病,古人认为与肝肾不足为发病之本,现在医家亦与血虚、气虚、风、火、痰瘀及年老体虚等密不可分,多从风、火、痰、瘀论、虚论治,针刺,或联合西药,强调辨明主次、轻重、兼夹证候等,针对性治疗。
