摘要
教学决策的伦理规约就是以相应的教学伦理原则规范和约束教师作出选择或决定的过程。由于教学决策本身的价值负荷和教学活动的道德性,教学决策的伦理规约具有必要性。但从教师自身条件、教学内部特征、教学外部干扰这三个角度来看,教学决策的伦理规约都有可能陷入困境。应对教学决策伦理规约困境的策略包括:培养教师的教学伦理意识;提升教师的教学道德素质;发挥教师共同体的伦理作用;采取能动的后果预防措施;坚守教师的教学伦理自主性。
In general,the ethical restriction of teaching decision making refers to the process of normalizing and restraining teachers' choices or decisions according to the teaching ethic principles. The ethical restriction of teaching decision making is necessary because of its valuable character and the morality of teaching activities. However, teaching decision making is likely to he trapped into the dilemma for the teacher's conditions, the inner characteristics of teach- community; actively taking measures to prevent the bad results; and insisting on teachers' autonomy of teaching ethic.
