The exploration of the value education＇s philosophical foundation is the necessary request for the fur- ther development to the nowadays value education＇s research work as well as important for the effective development of the practical activities. From the point of the Chinese traditional philosophy, we can see that the existence of human beings is the premise of the value education, the hypothesis of ethical humanity is the important foundation of value e- ducation, the ideal personality＇ s practice is the road way and the destination of value education, the measure of moral- ity and value is the lever of value education. We can put forward the value education＇s research and practice by plow- ing deeply to the philosophical foundation of the value education.
