摘要
目的建立职业接触者尿汞的直接测汞仪方法。方法尿液直接采用热分解齐化法原子吸收法进行检测。结果方法的线性范围为1.6μg/L^100.0μg/L,回归方程为y=0.005 08x+0.002 8(r=0.999 6);批内相对标准偏差为0.53%~1.56%,批间相对标准偏差为1.51%~3.57%;3种浓度的尿样的加标回收率为91.6%~100.0%;方法的检出限为0.48μg/L,定量限为1.59μg/L。最佳仪器条件:尿样在200℃干燥2 min,1.5 min内干燥温度升至650℃,最后灰化2 min。本研究优化的常见金属对本研究结果无干扰。结论该方法操作简便快速,各项指标可满足职业卫生尿汞监测的相关要求。
Objective To establish a method to detect urine mercury of mercury exposed workers by direct mercury analyzer. Methods The mercury in urine was measured by thermal decomposition amalgamation atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results The linear regression equation of our method was y = 0. 005 08x + 0. 002 8 ( r = 0. 999 6 ) , and the linear range was 1.6 μg/L - 100.0 μg/L. The intra - batch RSD and the between - batch RSD of our method was respectively within 0.53% - 1.56% and 1.51% - 3.57%. The spiked recoveries of urine samples in 3 concentrations was within 91.6% - 100.0% ; the detection limit of the method was 0.48 μg/L, and the limit of quantitation was 1.59 μg/L. The optimized instrument condition was as the following: the urine was dried for 2 minutes(rain) at 200 ℃ , and then the dehydrating temperature rose to 650 ℃ in 1.5 min, and finally the sample was ashed for 2 min. The common metals were of no interference with our results. Conclu- sion Our method is simple and rapid, and our indicators meet the relevant occupational mercury monitoring requirements.
