1993年-2015年福州市服务行业人员沙门菌携带情况监测分析

Analysis of Salmonella monitoring results on the service workers in Fuzhou from 1993 to 2015

目的了解福州市服务行业健康人员携带沙门菌情况、血清型分布及耐药性分析,为防控沙门菌感染及食物中毒提供依据。方法肛拭采集1993年-2015年从业人员粪便标本,应用沙门菌选择性增菌液培养并经选择性培养基分离,挑取可疑菌落至KIA及L-M琼脂初筛,最后经血清学试验及系统生化检测确认。结果 1993年-2015年共检出474株沙门菌,47个血清型、3个单相变种和1个无鞭毛抗原。绝大多数菌株血清型集中于A^F群内(99.37%),A群~F群内有44个血清型(93.62%),以C1群血清型为主,其次为C2和B群;血清型检出率占前5位的分别是德尔卑、肠炎、鼠伤寒、韦太夫雷登和伦敦血清型;绝大多数菌株对10种抗生素耐药率较低;从业人员沙门菌携带率为0.46%~1.31%;第三季度是沙门菌检出高峰期。结论加强服务从业人员沙门菌监测工作,对预防沙门菌感染和食物中毒的发生有着非常重要的意义。

Objective To understand the carrying situation of Salmonella in service workers in Fuzhou, as well as serotype dis- tribution and drug resistance analysis, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of Salmonella infection and food poisoning. Methods Stool samples were collected from employee for anal swab collection from 1993 to 2005, which were trea- ted by bacterial culture with alternative enriched broth and medium. Suspect strains were selected to Kligler iron agar and L - M agar for preliminary screening, and confirmed by serologic and systemic biochemistry test at last. Results 474 strains of Sal- monella were detected from 1993 to 2015, including 47 serotypes, 3 single phasevariation and 1 non - H antigen. Most sero- types centralized in group A - F（99.37% ）, which included 44 serotypes （93.62%）, and the strains of group C1 were the dominant, followed by group C2 and group B. The serotypes with the top 5 detection rate were Derby, Enteritidis, Typhimuri- um, Weltevreden and London serotypes. Most strains were low resistant to ten kinds of antibiotics. The carrying rate of Sa/mo- nella in service workers was within 0.46% -1.31%, and Salmonella was detected with the highest rate in the third quarter. Conclusion We should carry out the monitoring of Salmonella for the service personel, which will make important sense for the prevention and control of Salmonella infection and food ooison.
