The Life Quality Evaluation of Patients with Decline in Ovarian Reserve

摘要 目的:分析肾虚肝郁型卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)患者的生命质量现状,为肾虚肝郁DOR的预防保健提供科学依据。方法:选取50例DOR患者纳入观察组、50例健康妇女纳入对照组,由专人面对面详细询问病史,并填写信息登记表及《健康测量量表SF-36》,比较其生命质量情况。结果:观察组生理健康、心理健康评分及PF、RP、BP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH等SF-36评分均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:肾虚肝郁型DOR患者其社会功能、精神健康及总体健康等3个维度均受到损害,心理健康下降程度远大于躯体健康,提示生命质量明显下降。 Objective:To analyze the quality of life of patients with decline in ovarian reserve (DOR) of kidney deficiency and liver stasis type, in order to provide scientific basis for the prevention and health care of DOR of kidney deficiency and liver stasis type. Methods:50 cases of DOR patients were selected and incorporated in observation group, and 50 cases of healthy women were incorporated in control group, a face-to-face detailed inquiry about their medical history had undergone, information registration form and"health measure scale SF-36"were filled out, and compared the quality of life of two groups. Results:The scores of physiological health, psychological health and SF-36 indexes of PF, RP, BP, GH, VT, SF, RE, MH of observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The 3 dimensions of social function, mental health and overall health of patients with DOR of kidney deficiency and liver stasis type have all been damaged, and the decrease degree of mental health is much larger than physical health, which prompts the quality of life is significantly decreased.
