以家庭为中心的社区管理模式对高血压患者血压控制的效果和生活质量的影响

The Effect of Family-Centered Community Management on Blood Pressure Control and Its Influence on Quality of Life of Hypertension Patients

目的：探讨以家庭为中心的社区管理模式对高血压患者血压控制的效果和生活质量的影响。方法：将148例社区高血压患者随机分为试验组（74例）和对照组（74例），对照组采用传统社区高血压管理，试验组则实施以家庭为中心的社区管理模式，干预1年后比较两组患者血压控制的水平和生活质量的改善情况。结果：经干预后，试验组收缩压、舒张压改善程度均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）；试验组心理职能、情感职能、躯体功能、社会功能、生命力等各项生活质量指标评分改善程度均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：以家庭为中心的社区管理模式能有效控制高血压患者的血压水平，提高其生活质量，值得推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of family-centered community management on blood pressure control and its influence on quality of life of hypertension patients. Methods：148 cases of hypertension patients in community were randomly divided into experimental group （74 cases） and control group （74 cases）, the control group used traditional community hypertension management, while experimental group used family-centered community management, compared the blood pressure controlled level and improvement of their quality of life after 1 year of intervention. Results：After intervention, the improvement of systolic and diastolic pressure of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）;the improvement of scores of life quality indexes of mental function, emotional function, somatic function, social function and vitality of experimental group were all significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The family-centered community management can effectively control the blood pressure of hypertension patients and improve their quality of life, deserves promotion and application.
