摘要 预焙阳极焙烧时需要使用填充料起到传热、辅助固定阳极和覆盖阳极以便隔绝空气等作用,生产中往往有部分填充料粘结到预焙阳极表面,影响产品外观质量及成品合格率,增加填充料单耗,增加职工清理劳动强度。本文就填充料粘结机理,生产过程中原材料质量控制、生产配方及工艺技术条件控制等方面进行论述,并提出改进措施,减少填充料粘结量,供铝用阳极生产企业参考。 During prebaked anode production, the packing materials is used to cover on the anode blocks for isolating air, a part of packing materials are stuck to the surface of prebaked anode blocks, which has an influence on appearance quality and qualified rate and increases unit consumption of packing materials and labor intensity of cleaning up the prebaked anode. In this paper, packing materials sticking mechanism, material quality controlling during production process, "production formula and technical condition controlling are comprehensively discussed, the improving measures of reducing the amount of packing materials sticking are proposed and the reference are supplied for anode production enterprises.
