摘要
生产中,一次偶然质量事故,钛合金平管嘴、钛合金螺母钛合金阳极化后成批腐蚀。为避免今后出现同样的问题,我们进行了故障分析。通过理化分析、工艺验证试验找到了腐蚀产生的原因,进行了零件挽救试验,返修了轻微腐蚀的零件,并制定了改进措施,避免了以后发生同类质量事故。
During the production, corrosion was happened on the titanium alloy flat nozzles and titanium alloy nuts after anodizing of titanium alloy, due to an accidental quality accident. In order to avoid the same problems, a failure analysis was conducted. Through the physicochemical analysis and process validation tests, the causes of the corrosion were found and the rescue experiments were conducted to repair the components with slight corrosion. Moreo- ver, the improvement measures were also developed to avoid the same quality accident.
