摘要 文章设计了带有源缓冲电路的软开关双向直流变换器,在光伏系统高压侧与低压侧能量交换的过程中,该变换器通过有源缓冲电路实现了其开关管的软开关,很好的解决了开关管寄生二极管的反向恢复问题。根据文章理论试制了一台200 W样机。由实验可知,变换器在boost,buck工作模式下均实现了其开关管的零电压开关,有效减少了变换器的开关损耗。与传统双向直流变换器相比,文章提出的软开关双向直流变换器在较大的负载范围内具有最优效率曲线,表现出良好的性能。 Aiming at the problems of bidirectional DC-DC converter for photovoltaic system has low efficiency. A soft-switching bidirectional dc-dc converter with an active snubber is proposed in this paper. In the proposed converter, soft-switching of switches are achieved by utilizing an active snubber.Moreover, there is no reverse-recovery problem of the intrinsic body diodes of the switches. Therefore,the total efficiency of the converter is improved, and the output of the converter is stable. To verify the efficiency improvement of the proposed converter, the experimental results from a 200 W prototype are discussed. By the result, the proposed converter can achieve soft-switching in boost operation and buck operation, and the efficiency improvement of the converter is achieved over a wide range of load.
