在边际土地上种植能源作物的综合可行性分析——以甘肃榆中为例

Assessment of bioenergy potential on marginal land——A case study in Yuzhong county of Gansu

文章以目前正在利用文冠果种植建设新兴绿色能源基地的甘肃省榆中县为研究区,在探讨边际土地内涵及范围界定的基础上,基于2014年土地利用变更调查数据,利用GIS技术对该区域开展文冠果种植的自然适宜性评价,并结合农户调查资料进行能源作物种植的经济可行性分析。结论认为,尽管研究区边际土地总量充足,但受气候、地形等因素影响,适宜文冠果种植的土地面积有限,且在自然和人为双重因素影响下,文冠果种植收益水平较低,在农民种植决策中缺乏比较优势,政府如要继续推进当地文冠果生物柴油产业发展,应对文冠果种植持续补贴。

This paper takes the Yuzhong county of Gan Su as study area, which is the important planting area of Xanthoceras sorbifolium, firstly defines the content and scope of marginal land,secondly, based on 2014 land use change survey data, the study evaluates the land suitability for Xanthoceras sorbifolium with Geographic Information System（GIS） techniques, and thirdly,analyzed the input-output of Xanthoceras sorbifolium planting in local area used by household survey data. This study shows despite the ample amount of marginal land, the suitable land for Xanthoceras sorbifolium planting is limited. Furthermore, affected by natural and human factors,the income of Xanthoceras sorbifolium planting are less than other food crops, the farmers＇ planting will is not strong. If the government want to promote the Xanthoceras sorbifolium biodiesel development, subsidies should be continued.
