高活力液体木瓜蛋白酶静态分离与动态除菌生产技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用低成本的传统板框过滤,通过独创的分离助剂,快速实现固体与液体静态分离,并通过研发动态除菌技术,把原料中有用成分达到百分百提取,使生产周期大幅度缩短,产品收率明显上升,产品质量提高、生产成本降低。从而建立木瓜蛋白酶提纯规模化工业应用的微滤与超滤技术,取代传统分离方法,生产出完全符合国家卫生标准的高活力液体木瓜蛋白酶。 In this study,a new way of manufacturing liquid papain was established :Via low-cost traditional plateand-frame filtration,and a unique additive,static separation of papain was achieved. Moreover,MF and UF were engaged in the process to remove bacteria dynamically. As a result,the useful ingredient can be extracted by 100% while the manufacturing period was shortened greatly,also,the product yield was enhanced distinctly,the product quality was improved and the production cost was reduced. Thus,a new method to extract papain in industrial scale was established by MF and UF technology. The quality of the liquid papain produced with high activity is conformed to the national hygienic standard.
