产GABA菌株的诱变选育及培养基优化的研究 被引量:2

摘要 γ-氨基丁酸是一种天然存在的非蛋白质氨基酸,具有多种对人体有益的功能。通过对一株GABA高产乳酸菌进行紫外诱变,诱变后得到1株高产GABA突变株LP-S2,GABA产量平均达到7.274g/L,比出发菌株提高了53.07%。通过连续传代遗传稳定性较好。对突变株LP-S2进行发酵培养基的优化。最终GABA最大产量达到9.703g/L。通过紫外诱变的方法,扩大了GABA产生菌来源。为发酵法生产GABA奠定了更好的基础。 γ-aminobutyric acidis a kind of natural existence of protein amino acid,has a variety of beneficial to human body function. Through to ultraviolet mutagenesis of one individual plant GABA high lactic acid bacteria,one high-yield GABA strains LP-S2,wereobtained.An average yield of GABA was 7.274 g/L,and increased53.07% than the starting strain. Through successive batches,genetic stability was good. The fermentation mediumof mutant strains LP-S2 was optimized. Eventually maximum yield of GABA was 9.703 g/L. By the method of ultraviolet the bacteria source were expanded GABA. The foundation of fermentation production for GABA was laid better.
