摘要
n-3 PUFA是一类广泛存在于动物、植物中的具有多种生物学活性的一类多聚不饱和脂肪酸。最新研究发现,脂肪酸摄入的种类与数量与人体健康息息相关,当今居民膳食中高含量饱和脂肪酸的摄入会导致机体罹患各种恶性肿瘤的风险大大提高,而n-3类PUFA的摄入能够大大降低这种危险性。近些年的文献研究显示,n-3 PUFA对胃肠癌、乳腺癌及前列腺癌等多种恶性疾病都有良好的预防和治疗功效,其生物学作用机制包含有促脂质过氧化学说、抑制COX-2和LOX、抑制肿瘤血管增生、调控蛋白酶、抑制相关癌症基因编码蛋白表达等多种理论。通过广泛查阅国内外n-3 PUFA最新研究进展,综述了n-3 PUFA对多种癌症的抑制功效,并分析了可能的生物学作用机制,以期为n-3 PUFA抗癌活性的深入探究提供理论基础和创新依据。
N- 3 PUFA is a kind of unsaturated fatty acid polymer,which widely exists in animals and plants. It has many biological activities. The new research shows that the amount and type of fatty acid intake is closely related to human body health. Today's dietary characterized of high content of saturated fatty acids and this can cause body at significant risk of suffering all kinds of malignant tumors. Taking n-3 PUFA can reduce this kind of risk. The research from recent papers found that n-3 PUFA for gastric carcinoma,breast and prostate cancer and other malignant diseases have good prevention and treatment effect,and its biological mechanisms include many kinds of theories,such as promoting lipid peroxidation,inhibiting cox-2 and LOX,inhibiting tumor blood vessels,regulating of protease,and inhibiting the expression of cancer related genes coding protein and so on. In this article,the latest research progress of n-3 PUFA at home and abroad is widely reviewed. The paper summarized the inhibition effect of n-3 PUFA on several kinds of cancer,and analyzed the possible biological mechanisms to provide theoretical foundation and innovative basis of further study on antitumor activity of n-3 PUFA.
