福建黑老虎中总木脂素含量的测定 被引量:5

摘要 以五味子酯甲为标准对照,采用紫外分光光度法测定福建黑老虎中总木脂素含量。以木脂素含量为考察指标,对提取溶剂,提取时间,溶剂用量等影响因素进行研究。结果显示,五味子酯甲在0.00525-0.02625mg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.9984),平均回收率99.6%,RSD值为1.9%。福建南平产黑老虎中总木脂素含量最高,达48.80mg/g,为福建产地黑老虎的进一步运用提供参考依据。 With schisantherin A as the control,the ultraviolet spectrophotometry was adopted to study the determination method of lignans content in Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A. C. Smith,and to determine the lignans content in the Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A. C. Smith from three different places in Fujian. The extraction solvent,extraction time and the volume of extraction solvent were applied to optimize the extraction conditions for local lignans by orthogonal experiment. The standard curve was A=20.171 C + 0.0021,schisantherin A showed good linear relationship(r2=0.9984)within the range of0.00525-0.02625mg/m L,the average recovery was 99.6%,RSD was 1.9%. The lignans content in the Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A. C. Smith from Nanpin in Fujian was the highest,it was 48.80mg/g. This method was simple,stable and accurate.It can be used for quality control in the Kadsura coccinea(Lem.)A. C. Smith of Fujian.
