浅谈新型土压传感器结构与测试方法

摘要 土压力传感器是土压平衡式盾构机中的关键检测元件。由于被测介质是土壤砂砾,其中含有坚硬砂石颗粒或树根碎屑,对传感器感压面有较强的针刺作用。这也决定了土压力传感器需要采用特殊的隔离结构而不能采用普通压力传感器感压面直接接触被测介质的结构。 Soil pressure sensor is a key detecting element in an earth pressure balance shield machine. As the measured medium is gravel soil, it contains hard gravel or tree root chippings, which would have a strong acupuncture effect on the pressure sensing surface of a sensor. Therefore, a soil pressure sensor should adopt a special isolation structure but not the structure of an ordinary pressure sensor where the pressure sensing surface directly touches the measured medium.
