摘要 将扬声器经过信号源扫频激励后得到的响应信号进行短时傅里叶变换得到响应信号的时频图。由于各阶响应频率的能量值不同,因此可以根据时频图按照各阶能量值划分出不同的区域。为全面获得扬声器的异音故障特征,对时频图中划分的各区域中的各列能量求均值和标准差,可得出能量均值曲线的上限和下限,进而得到待测扬声器能量均值曲线与标准能量均值曲线之间的距离差值,该参数的大小反映扬声器偏离合格的程度,实验表明:该方法可有效检测出YDT318-9AU扬声器的异音故障。 Two-dimensional response signal of loudspeaker by short time Fourier transform (STFT) is acquired.Due to the response of each order frequency energy value is different, so time-frequency map can be divided into different energy re- gions.ln order to get comprehensive fault features of the loudspeaker, the average energy of ever3, columns in different local regions of time-frequency map is calculated and this characteristic value by average energy curve is described.The value of the characteristic value decides whether the loudspeaker is good or bad , the result of experiment shows that the method can effectively detect the different fault of YDT318-9 AU speakers.
