宁养善终服务在癌症患者临终阶段的应用效果观察

目的探讨宁养善终服务在晚期癌症患者临终阶段的应用效果。方法将120例临终阶段癌症患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组常规治疗、护理，观察组在常规医护的基础上加以宁养善终服务，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组疼痛分值为（3．40±0．21），满意度凋查分值为（8．86±0．35）；对照组疼痛分值为（5．41±0．22），满意度调查分值为（3．70±0．61）；两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。观察组睡眠质量明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论宁养善终服务在癌症患者临终关怀阶段中应用能有效改善患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量，提高患者对医疗护理的满意度，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective The study the effect of hospice service for cancer sufferers during termina stage. Methods 120 cancer sufferers during terminal stage were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 60 for each group. The control group were routinely treated and cared; in addition, the observation group received hospice service. The nursing effects were compared between these two groups. Results The pain score and the satisfaction score were （3.40± 0.21） and （8.86 ± 0.35） in the observation group and were （5.41 ± 0,22） and （3.70 ±0.61） in the control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.01）. The sleep quality was better in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Hospice service for cancer patients during terminal stage can relieve their pain, improve their sleep quality, and increase their satisfaction degree to treatment and nursing care, so it worth being clinically generalized.
