摘要
以大洋锰钴氧化物资源及多金属软泥为原料进行了常压酸浸的条件试验研究。通过对配矿比、硫酸用量、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间、粒度条件因素的试验研究,得出了优化条件。即:在搅拌转速300rpm,配矿比1∶0.3,粒度-0.074 mm占28.34%,液固比(L/S)3∶1 m L/g,硫酸用量0.6倍,浸出时间2 h,浸出温度80℃条件下,Ni、Co、Cu、Mn、Fe的平均浸出率分别为99.44%、99.17%、53.02%、99.62%、38.34%。
Taking ocean manganese cobalt oxide resource and polymetallic ooze as raw material, through the experimental study on the ratio of ore proportioning, the amount of sulfuric acid, leaching temperature, liquid/ solid ratio, leaching time and particle size, the optimum conditions were obtained. Under the conditions of the ratio of ore proportioning 1:0.3, the amount of sulfuric acid 0.6, leaching temperature 80 ℃, liquid/solid ratio 3:1, leaching time 2h and particle size-0.074mm accounted for 28.34%, the average leaching rates of Ni, Co, Cu, Mn and Fe were 99.44%, 99.17%, 53.02%, 99.62%, 38.34%.
