摘要
对2-氯-5氯-甲基吡啶(CCMP)生产废水的预处理技术进行了研究,利用"蒸发+电催化氧化"组合工艺对废水进行处理。考察了中性条件下蒸发技术对废水COD、总磷和总氮的去除效果,研究了废水初始p H值、电流、时间等对电催化氧化COD去除率及处理后废水总磷、总氮的变化情况。通过实验可以得出,蒸发前后废水中COD、总磷和总氮的去除率分别为81.2%、99.8%和60.9%;在电催化氧化实验中,当实验条件为:p H值为7、电流2A、反应时间2 h时,COD去除率为29.4%,处理后的废水总磷≤4mg/L,总氮≤120 mg/L,B/C提高至0.32,极大地改善了CCMP废水的可生化性。试验表明,"蒸发+电催化氧化"组合工艺处理CCMP废水可以作为生物处理废水的预处理技术应用,同时为工程实际提供参考。
The pretreatment technology of wastewater of CCMP is studied in this paper, the process is a combined craft of evaporation and electro-catalytic oxidation. Firstly, the removal efficiency of COD, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen is studied by evaporation under neutral condition. Then the removal efficiency of COD, TP, and TN is studied under different conditions of initial pH, current and time. The result shows the removal efficiency of COD, TP, and TN is 81.2%, 99.8% and 60.9% respectively. In the experiment of electro-catalytic oxidation, the removal efficiency of COD is 29.4%, the TN is below 4 mg/L and the TN below 120 mg/L when pH is 7.0, current is 2A, time is 2 h. The ratio of B/C is increased to 0.32 and biodegradability is improved greatly. It shows that the combined of evaporation and electro-catalytic oxidation is a pretreatment method of wastewater of CCMP, which results also provide reference for engineering practice.
