高寒地区湿法炼铜技术特点分析

摘要 以哈萨克斯坦Kounrad湿法炼铜项目为例,介绍了在高寒地区(冬季最低-35℃)从低品位废石中采用堆浸-萃取-电积工艺回收金属铜工艺,并对该项目的设计特点进行了阐述。目前,该项目已正常运行4年,产出的阴极铜纯度超过99.99%,吨铜运行成本低于2 000美元,实现了高寒地区全年365 d不间歇生产。 The article introduces the hydrometallurgical process with Leaching-Solvent Extraction-Electro winning to recovery copper from low grade waste ore by the sample of Kounrad copper project. The design character of Kounrad project is described. This plat was normal running more than 4 years, which the purity of cathode copper was beyond 99.99%. The operating cost was below USD 2,000/tCu. This plant is annual running with the high cold temperature.
