冰山模型透视新生代农民工诚信问题——以甘肃省定西市为例

Study on Credibility of New Generation of Migrant Workers with Iceberg Model :A Case of Dingxi City of Gansu Province

诚信是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容之一,新生代农民工应积极崇尚社会主义核心价值观,但在工作中却表现出职业责任意识淡薄,爱岗敬业精神欠缺,社会公德意识不高和整体素质亟待提高等诚信缺失问题。本研究从诚信问题入手,借助冰山模型,通过问卷调查方式,探讨新生代农民工诚信构建途径。

Credibility was the important content of the socialist core values, the new generations of migrant workers should actively practice the socialist core values, but they showed some credibility problems that the sense of professional responsibility was weak, and dedication spirit was deficient, and the integrity of the civic awareness was not high, and the overall quality was to be improved in the work. The paper started from the issue of credibility problem and discussed the new generation of migrant workers credibility construction ways, all of which was with the aid of the iceberg model and through the questionnaire survey.
