摘要
研究多种因素对黑玫瑰石竹组培快繁中丛生芽分化增殖培养的影响,结果表明:丛生芽增殖培养以MS为基本培养基时,增加或减少大量矿质元素不利于丛生芽的诱导;NAA/6-BA为0.1 mg·L-1/1.0 mg·L-1的激素配比有利于丛生芽的增殖,在此基础上添加谷氨酰胺100 mg·L-1,可提高增殖数达9.4;选用蔗糖15 g·L-1为增殖培养的碳源,在提高增殖效果的同时可有效降低成本。
The stems of Dianthus Linn were used as explants and the different effect factors on bud clusters propagation were studied. The results showed that the best medium was MS; NAA 0.1 mg· L^-1 +6-BA 1.0 mg·L^-1 +Gln 100 mg·L^-1 was an optimum concentration for bud differentiation, the propagation coefficient was 9.4; the propagation coefficient could be remained at a high level and the cost could be reduced in sucrose 15 g·L^-1.
