针对生产企业小口径液体流量计实际安装使用情况及溯源方式,介绍了质量法小口径液体流量计在线溯源技术的应用,对其关键技术进行了分析与探讨,并通过试验验证其准确性。通过对小口径流量计进行在线溯源,避免流量计的拆卸送检问题以及在拆送、安装过程中对其计量性能造成影响,以减少时间成本、提高企业生产效率,保证流量计测量准确可靠及贸易公平公正。

According to the actual installation and measurement method of small diameter flow meters in manufacturers, the application of mass method online calibration technology on small diameter flowmeter is introduced, and the key technique is analyzed and discussed in this paper. Moreover, the experiments are carried out to verify the accuracy. Using the online calibration of small diameter flowmeter, it avoids the disassembly of flowmeter and the influence on its metrological performance due to the disassembly and installation. Moreover, It can reduce the time cost, improve the production efficiency, ensure the measurement accuracy of flowmeter and maintain the trade fair.
