盐酸胺碘酮注射液急诊治疗心律失常的临床意义

The clinical significance of amiodarone hydrochloride injection curing arrhythmia in emergency treatment

目的探讨盐酸胺碘酮注射液在急诊中救治心律失常的临床效果。方法将2014年4月至2015年4月我院急诊科收治的60例心律失常患者的临床病历进行回顾性分析。将其分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组32例用盐酸胺碘酮注射液治疗心律失常,对照组28例用盐酸普罗帕酮注射液治疗心律失常,对比分析2组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为88%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为68%;观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,2组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心律失常在急诊治疗中应用盐酸胺碘酮救治的效果显著,在临床应用中作为治疗心律失常的首选药物。

Objective Discuss the clinical effect of amiodarone hydrochloride injection curing arrhythmia in emergency. Methods Conduct a retrospective analysis of 60 arrhythmia patients′ medical records of emergency ward in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015. Divide them into control and observation group. The 32 patients in control group use amiodarone hydrochloride injection, and 28 patients in observation group use propafenone hydrochloride injection. Then make contrastive analysis of the two remedies. Results The effective rate of treatment in control group is 88%. The effective rate of treatment in control group is 68%. The effective in control group is evidently superior to the observation group. There is difference in statistical significance （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone Hydrochloride Injection cures arrhythmia effectively. In clinical practice choose it primarily in curing arrhythmia.
