以家庭联产承包责任制为主的农村土地使用制度在农村农业发展上具有不可替代的作用,但随着中国经济和农业的发展,家庭联产承包责任制已不能适应农业现代化的需求,不能满足创新国家的发展,不能适应市场经济发展的需要,不能达到农产品零距离的流通。农村土地制度改革下的农村合作社的产生以及不断的发展是解决农户分散经营障碍的途径,农村专业合作社把分散的农户集中起来,可以提高农产品物流初始阶段的组织程度,提高农产品供应链主体间的协同度,降低农产品供应链中的信息不对称,提高农产品物流的技术装备水平,保证农产品质量安全。
