国际物流联盟信息管理系统构建研究

Study on Establishment of International Logistics Alliance Information Management System

首先提出了国际物流联盟的概念,然后阐述了国际物流联盟信息管理及其主要任务。在分析国际物流联盟信息管理系统构建的组成要素与功能目标的基础上,提出系统构建的实施路径,一是统一构建信息互联互通的联盟平台,二是协同构建功能求同存异的联盟成员子系统,在运作上提高国际物流联盟的整体运作效率与服务水平、降低物流成本,在管理上提升物流决策水平,更合理地配置物流联盟资源。

The paper first proposes the concept of international logistics alliance and introduces international logistics alliance information management as well as its tasks. Then it analyses the composing elements and functional targets for establishing the system, and gives out the implemental paths. One measure is to build alliance platform of information connectivity, and the other one is to set up sub-systems of alliance members with different functions.
