基于“互联网+”的中小企业物流管理模式初探

互联网的飞速发展,推动了各行各业的不断进步,而"互联网+"时代的到来,更是对各行各业产生了巨大影响。在中小企业物流管理模式上,"互联网+"也给其带来了全新的革命。文章分析了中小企业目前采用的主要物流管理模式及其优劣势,在此基础上,结合中小企业自身的实际状况和资源条件,提出了在"互联网+"环境下创新选用电子供应链、第四方物流、"互联网+"动态物流等管理新模式,以便使中小企业在电子商务环境下得到更好的发展。

The rapid development of internet promoted the progress from all walks of life, and the advent of the era of ＂internet＋＂ even had a great influence on all walks of life. ＂Internet＋＂ had brought the new revolution on the small and mediumsized enterprise logistics management mode. This paper analyzed the small and medium-sized enterprises＂ main logistics management modes at present and their advantages and disadvantages, and on this basis, combining the resources of the small and medium-sized enterprise own actual situation and condition, put forward the innovation in ＂internet＋＂ enviromnent choosing electronic supply chain, the fourth party logistics, ＂internet＋＂ dynamic logistics management mode etc, so that small and mediumsized enterprises has gotten better development in E-commerce environment.
