模拟高原缺氧环境对大鼠血液学相关指标的影响 被引量:14

Effect of Simulated High Altitude Hypoxia Environment on Related Indexes of Hematology in Rats

摘要 目的探讨大鼠在模拟海拔8000 m高原缺氧环境下不同时间点血液学相关指标的变化情况。方法将60只雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、缺氧12 h组、缺氧1 d组、缺氧3 d组、缺氧5 d组和缺氧10 d组,每组10只。采用大型低压氧舱模拟海拔8000 m高原环境,测定大鼠血气、血生化全项和血常规指标。结果与正常组相比,缺氧后不同时间血氧饱和度、血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、pH、氧合血红蛋白降低,K^+、Na^+浓度、乳酸、总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶、白蛋白、总蛋白、尿酸、肌酐、尿素、白细胞、淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、红细胞分布宽度、红细胞、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、总血红蛋白升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论模拟急性高原缺氧不同时间大鼠的各项血液学指标均发生明显改变,并严重影响了大鼠正常的生理代谢,进而使机体的结构与功能发生改变。 Objective To investigate changes of related indexes of hematology at different time points under sim-ulated 8000 m high altitude hypoxia environment in rats. Methods A total of 60 male rats were randomly divided into control group, 12 h hypoxia group, 1 d hypoxia group, 3 d hypoxia group, 5 d hypoxia group and 10 d hypoxia group ( n=10 for each group) . A large scale hypobaric and mionectic chamber was used to simulate 8000 m high altitude hy-poxia environment, and then values of blood gas, all biochemical indexes and blood routine were detected. Results Compared with those in control group, in different hypoxia groups, values of blood oxygen saturation ( SO2 ) , blood oxy-gen partial pressure ( PO2 ) , partial pressure of carbondioxide ( PCO2 ) , pH and oxyhemoglobins ( O2 Hb) were reduced, while values of K+ concentration ( cK+) , Na+ concentration, lactic acid ( Lac) , total bilirubin, alanine transarninase ( ALT) , albumin ( ALB) , total protein ( TP) , uric acid ( UA) , leukocytes, lymphocytes, neutrophils, red blood cell distribution width ( RDW) , red blood cell ( RBC) , mean corpuscular hemoglobin ( MCH) and total hemoglobin ( THb) were significantly increased (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). Conclusion All hematological indexes are found obviously changed under simulated high altitude hypoxia environment at different time points in rats, and it seriously affects normal physio-logical metabolism, which can induce changes in construction and function of mechamisms in rats.
