摘要
目的研究DCD(Dermcidin)与原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)的相关性,探讨DCD作为原发性肝癌生物标记物的可能性,提高HCC早期检出率。方法分别收集广州市中医医院2013年1月至2014年12月46例HCC患者,33例乙肝肝硬化患者,25例健康对照者的临床资料及血清。分别采用ELISA和电化学发光免疫分析法方法对样品进行检测DCD和AFP,结果采用SPSS 19方法进行相关分析。结果 HCC组血清中DCD的含量(中位数26.03 ng/m L,IQR:20.12-34.56 ng/m L)显著高于健康对照组(中位数18.12 ng/m L,IQR:11.22-22.35 ng/m L,P〈0.001),差异有统计学意义。DCD在肝癌转移组(中位数33.34 ng/m L,IQR:22.45-44.20 ng/m L);未转移组(中位数22.90 ng/m L,IQR:18.13-30.88 ng/m L)。结论DCD在HCC患者血清中浓度高于乙肝肝硬化组及正常对照组,同时肝癌发生转移的患者血清中DCD浓度高于未转移组,DCD是一种新原发性肝癌的血清标志物,用于原发性肝癌的早期及是否发生转移的判断。
Objective To explore the correlation of dermcidin(DCD)with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and investigate the possibility of the molecule as a new biomarker in early diagnosis of HCC. Methods Serum samples andclinical data of 46 HCC patients,33 patients with hepatic cirrhosis(HBV related),and 25 healthy individuals in GuanzhouHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2014 were collected. Serum levels of DCD and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) were detected by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and electro- chemiluminescenceimmunoassay(ECLI)respectively. Correlation analysis was carried out with aid of statistical software SPSS19. Results Theserum level of DCD was significantly higher in HCC Group [median 26.03 ng/m L,interquartile range(IQR)20.12-34.56 ng/m L] than the healthy controls(median 18.12 ng/m L,IQR 11.22-22.35 ng/m L,P〈0.001). The DCD level was in the HCCmetastasis group(median 33.34 ng/m L,IQR 22.45-44.20 ng/m L), and the non-metastasis group(median 22.90 ng/m L,IQR18.13-30.88ng/m L). Conclusion Serum DCD level is significantly higher in the HCC patients than those of hepatic cirrhosisand healthy individuals,and also higher in the HCC metastasis group than the non-metastasis group. DCD,a novel serummarker for primary HCC,may serve as a new candidate biomarker for early diagnostic and metastasis of HCC.
