摘要 目的探讨了胃癌肿瘤组织中BTG1蛋白的表达水平及临床意义。方法随机选取我院2013年6月—2015年12月收治的行胃癌根治术患者54例作为观察组,并选取同期来我院接受正常胃镜检查的48名健康者作为对照组。分别采用实时荧光定量PCR检测2组标本中BTG1 mRNA水平,采用免疫组织化学分析2组标本BTG1蛋白的表达水平并分为阳性组和阴性组,分析BTG1蛋白的表达与患者临床病理特征的关系以及相关性。结果观察组肿瘤组织中BTG1 mRNA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。BTG1蛋白在肿瘤组织中的阳性率明显低于正常组织中的阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BTG1蛋白表达水平与胃癌组织分型、临床分期、肿瘤浸润程度以及淋巴结转移均呈负相关(P<0.0 5)。结论 BTG1在胃癌组织中呈低表达,与胃癌患者的组织分型、临床分期、浸润程度和淋巴结转移密切相关,可作为临床预后判断的辅助指标之一。 Objective To investigate the expression level of BTG1 protein in gastric tumor tissues and its clinical significance. Methods Fifty-four patients of gastric cancer who had undergone radical gastrectomy in our hospital were randomly selected between June 2013 and December 2015 as observation group, with 48 healthy subjects in our hospital as control. BTG1 mRNA levels of both groups were analyzed by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR while BTG1 protein was analyzed using the immunohistochemical method. According to the BTG1 expression level, patients in observation group were divided into positive group and negative group before the correlations between the patients&#39; BTG1 expression level and their clinical pathological features were analyzed. Results Compared with control group, BTG1 mRNA level in observation group was significantly reduced (P〈0.05). Compared with control group, BTG1 protein in tumor tissues was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between BTG1 protein expression level and gastric cancer tissue classification, clinical stage, tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). Conclusion BTG1 protein has a lower expression in gastric cancer. It is closely related to BTG1 protein expression level, gastric cancer tissue classification, clinical stage, tumor infiltration and lymph node metastasis. BTG1 can be used as an auxiliary index of clinical prognosis.
