摘要
介绍了一种重液蜡脱氢、烷基化合成烷基苯的方法。采用不同碳数的重液蜡为原料进行脱氢,然后与过量苯在氢氟酸催化下,进行了烷基化反应。反应粗产物,经过中和、水洗及产物分离制得样品。合成的C16-19烷基化样品经磺化后,在大庆油水条件下,可以在较宽的碱浓度范围达到超低界面张力,且碱浓度范围向低浓度方向移动。
This paper describes the technology of synthesizing alkylbenzenes by adopting heavy liquid paraffin dehydrogenation and alkylation. The heavy alkylbenzenes were prepared by different carbon number heavy liquid paraffin dehydrogenation, followed by alkylation reaction with excessive benzene over a hydrofluoric acid catalyst. The samples were obtained by having obtained product neutralized, washed with water and cut. The synthesized C16–C19 alkylbenzene sulfonates were found to give an ultra-low interfacial tension within the broader range of alkali concentration when mixing with Daqing crude oil/reservoir water, while the alkali concentration range moving toward low concentration range.
