摘要
制浆造纸废水厌氧处理过程的p H值是一个非线性,大时滞,强干扰的控制对象。因此,为提高模糊控制器的精度,利用专家控制规则调整模糊控制的量化因子,本课题设计了基于专家协调级的模糊PID控制的p H值串级控制系统。应用结果表明,控制方案实用性强,控制效果较佳。
pH value is a nonlinear object with large time delay and swung interference in the anaerobic process of papermaking wastewater. Therefore, this paper designed the pH cascade control system based on expert adjustment of fuzzy PID quantization factor. The system used the expert rules to adjust quantization factor of fuzzy control, so as to improve the accuracy of fuzzy controller. Application results showed that the control system possessed edvident practicality and load efficient control result.
