摘要
为筛选适宜广西本地原料栽培的高温平菇优良菌株,对18个高温平菇菌株在母种、原种及木薯秆(屑)、桑枝屑、桉树皮培养基的菌丝生长情况、子实体生物学效率及农艺商品性状进行了比较试验。结果表明,较适宜广西地区利用木薯秆(屑)、桑枝屑、桉树皮为基质栽培的白菇菌株是P7、P8、P10、P12、P13、P16,黑菇菌株是P1、P3。
In order to screen the fungus strains of Pleurotus ostreatus which was suitable for cultivation with cassava wastes, on PDA medium culture, culture experiment with cassava wastes, mycelia growth condition, the biological efficiency and agronomic traits were compared with 18 P. ostreatus strains. The results showed that strains white mushroom P7, PS, P10, P12, P13, P16 and black mushroom P1, P3 were suitable to he cultivated in Guangxi with cassava stalk, mulberry sawdust and eucalyptus bark.
