发酵床不同垫料对肥育猪生长性能及脂肪代谢指标的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Litters on Growth Performance and Fat Metabolism Indicators of Finishing Pigs in Bio-bed System

摘要 为了探讨发酵床不同垫料对肥育猪生产性能及脂肪代谢相关指标的影响。选择120头体况良好、体重相近(31.4±0.38kg)60日龄苏钟猪(阉割)作为试验动物,随机分为4组:对照组I(传统水冲圈饲养,自由采食)、对照组II(传统水冲圈饲养,顿饲)、酒糟发酵床组(垫料基质为酒糟,简称酒糟组)、菌糠发酵床组(垫料基质为菌糠,简称菌糠组),试验期90 d。结果表明:1酒糟组、菌糠组总增重、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(I、II)(P<0.05);酒糟组末重显著高于对照组(I、II)(P<0.05);料重比以菌糠组、酒糟组最低,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。2血液脂肪代谢指标,酒糟组、菌糠组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素氮(BUN)浓度显著低于对照组(I、II)(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HLDC)浓度菌糠组显著高于对照组II;葡萄糖(GLU)去甲肾上腺素(NE)浓度发酵床组低于对照组,其中酒糟组NE显著低于对照组I,菌糠组GLU显著低于对照组(I,II)(P<0.05);谷氨酰转移酶(r GT)发酵床组高于对照组,酒糟组显著高于对照组II(P<0.05);甘油三酯(TG)浓度酒糟组和菌糠组有降低的趋势。3肝脏方面,脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、脂肪酶(LPS)、肝酯酶(HL)、脂肪合成酶(FAS)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、碱式磷酸酶(AKP)均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:本试验条件下,发酵床养殖(酒糟组、酒糟组)可显著提高猪的生产性能,发酵床养殖(酒糟组、酒糟组)显著提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、谷氨酰转移酶的浓度,降低了乳酸脱氢酶、去甲肾上腺素、甘油三酯的浓度。由此可见,发酵床养殖对育肥猪血清及肝脏相关脂肪代谢指标没有显著影响,但可以提高猪的生产性能及健康水平。 The effects of different litters of biD-bed system on performance and related indicators of fat metabolism in pigs were inwestigated. One hundred twenty 60-d Suzhong pigs (31.4 ±0.38 kg BW, asexualization) were divided into 4 equal groups: control group Ⅰ (ad libitum), control group Ⅱ (feed restriction), mushroom bran group, vinasse group. The litters were mushroom bran and vinasse in the bio-bed system. The trial lasted 90 days. For every measured parameter, the total gain, and average daily gain of pigs were higher in mushroom bran group and vinasse group than control group (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) (P 〈 0. 05 ), and the final weight was also higer in vinasse group than control group (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) (P 〈0. 05). The feed/gain was low in mushroom bran group and vinasse group, but was not significant compared with control (P 〉0. 05 ). For every measured parameter of fat metabolism, the concentration of serum LDH and BUN were lower in vinasse and mushroom bran group than in control group (P 〈0. 05), the concentration of serum HLDC was higher in mushroom bran group than in control group Ⅱ (P 〈0. 05). The concentrations of serum NE was low in bio-bed system, and the NE was lower in vinasse group than in control group Ⅰ (P 〈 0. 05), the GLU was lower in mushroom bran than in control group (Ⅰ, Ⅱ). The concentration of serum rGT was high in bio-bed system, and higher in vinasse group than in eontrel group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0. 05 ).Otherwise, the concentration of TG had a tendency to reduce in biobed system. In liver, no significant difference was found on the con-centrations of LPL, LPS, HL, FAS, GPT, GOT and AKP in every group. In summary, the performance of pigs was significantly improved in bio-bed system (vinasse and mushroom bran group). The HLDC and rTG were improved, while the LDH, NE and TG were reduced in bio-bed system. Comprehensive all results, we found that the fat metabolism indicators were not influenced, but the pigs' performance and health were improved in bio-bed system.
