摘要 在应急处置的各个环节中,将事件现场的信息快速汇集到指挥中心,作为专家和领导分析研判的依据,以及保证指挥中心与一线人员之间通畅高效的沟通,是应急通信系统的重要功能。文章分析了移动互联网的体系结构和特点,在研究电力应急通信需求的基础上,探讨了基于移动互联网的电力应急通信系统建设方案,给出了系统的总体设计、功能设计和业务实现方式。应用表明,系统可以加强现场人员之间以及现场和指挥中心的交互能力,增强应急现场人员的行动能力,提高应急处置效率。 The most important function of emergency communication system is to collect site information and send it to the control center and ensure the smooth communication between site and control center. This paper analyzes the system structure and features of the mobile Internet. On the study of power emergency communication system, we discuss the power emergency communication system construction scheme based on mobile Internet, propose the overall design, function design and business implementation of the system. The applications show that the proposed system can effectively strengthen the interaction between the site and the command center, enhance the ability of field personnel and improve emergency response efficiency.
