基于在线监测数据分析的配电网降损增效研究

Research on the Approach of Reducing Losses to Increase the Effectiveness in Distribution Network Based on Online Monitoring Data Analysis

针对中低压配电网线损管理薄弱这一难点问题,尝试研究线损四分在线计算和用电异常在线监测的新方法,提出基于海量96点电量明细数据的日频度计算,通过类比和关联分析各类日线损与多个业务系统推送的指标结果,及时发现线损异常以及违规用电,并驱动业务部门提高配电网运行的经济性和设备运行可靠性,为中低压配电网提供一套行之有效的降损增效解决方案。国家电网公司范围内的应用结果表明:该在线计算监测模型所计算的线损四分结果不但作为各网省运监中心的重点监测指标,同时也为各级供电企业查找窃电提供了重要支撑,验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。

Aiming at the problem of weak line loss management in medium and low voltage distribution network, this paper develops a new approach for the line loss management four-way division online calculation and the abnormality monitoring. This paper presents a novel computing method of daily frequency calculation based on the 96-point data. By analogy and correlation analysis of indicators between each type of line loss and multiple online systems, the approach can fast detect line loss abnormality and illegal electricity consumption. This approach can improve economical efficiency for distribution network and enhance reliability of electrical supply equipment, and provide an effective solution for reducing losses to increase the effectiveness in medium and low voltage distribution network. Its application in State Grid Corporation of China shows that the line loss four-way division calculation result derived from the corresponding online monitoring computing model has become one important monitoring indicator of each provincial operation centre and provides critical technical supports for electricity theft detection for various levels of power enterprises, which demonstrated the effectiveness and feasibility of the presented approach.
