摘要
业务需求预测是指导电力通信网建设的关键依据,建立合理的业务预测模型可对"十三五"期间电力通信网建设起到重要作用。文章对"十三五"期间电力通信网业务特征进行了分析,梳理了现有断面业务预测方法存在的不足,在此基础上提出了改进后的业务需求分析方法,并针对典型业务场景建立了改进后的业务预测模型。经对比,改进后的方法更符合电力通信各业务的实际特征,提升了预测准确性和资源配置水平,对指导电力通信网络规划具有积极意义。
Service forecasting is a key to guiding the construction of power communication network. The establishment of reasonable service forecasting model will play an important role in the construction of strong smart grid of SGCC during the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ period. Based on the summary of the shortcomings of the existing service forecasting method, this paper analyzes the power communication service characteristics during the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ period. On the basis of this, an improved service requirement analysis method is proposed, and an improved service forecasting model is established for typical business scenarios. Compared with the former methods, the improved model will forecast the flow and bandwidth in a more efficient and accurate way and improve the network resource allocation, which is helpful for network planning of the power communication.
