品管圈管理在本科护士科研培训中的应用效果

Application of Quality Control Circle in the Research Training of Undergraduate Nurses

目的探讨品管圈(QCC)管理在三级甲等医院(三甲医院)本科护士科研培训中的应用效果。方法选取某三甲医院本科学历护士120名,按工牌号随机选取单号60名作为实验组,在科研培训中采用品管圈管理;选取工牌号双号本科护士60名作为对照组,常规科研培训;比较两组效果。结果实验组本科护士对于护理科研相关知识培训需求明确,科研选题、研究设计、资料收集、资料整理分析、论文写作、项目申请书撰写等部分的测验成绩优于对照组(F=19.71,P<0.05)。结论品管圈应用在本科护士科研培训中,本科护士科研能力和团队合作能力得到提高,有利于提高护理科研素质和临床护理质量。

Objective To explore the application of the quality control circle（QCC）in the research training of undergraduate nurse in the first-class hospital,and whether the QCC strategy can improve the research capability.Methods It was randomly divided into experimental group and control group by work card of undergraduate nurse 60 respectively.The members of two groups take part in the research training,and use QCC method in research training of experimental group.Then it was evaluated the effects before and after the QCC strategy implemented in the experiment group.Results After implemented the QCC in experiment group,the score of test was better than control group,especially in the research question,research design,data collection,data analysis,paper writing and project writing.And the difference was statistically significant（F=19.71,P0.05）.Conclusion After carrying out QCC in the research training of experimental group,it was improved quality of nursing research,and the quality undergraduate nurse ability as well as the team cooperation spirits.
