摘要 卫生事业管理专业是一门实践型、综合性较强的学科。卫生事业管理专业教学应加强理论与实践相结合,创新实践教学模式,特别在一些专业核心课程中积极开展实践教学活动。本文以医院管理学课程为例进行实践教学设计,提出在课堂内开展PBL、CBL和实验教学等活动,在课堂外进行专题讲座、参观学习、社会调查、实习等活动以加强实践教学。同时,还要制定科学、合理的实践教学考核评价机制,以保证实践教学的效果。此外,还要重视实践教学教师队伍建设和实践教学基地的建设。 Health care management major is practical and comprehensive.The education of health care management major needs to strengthen practical teaching,especially in the core curriculums.In this article,we take hospital management course as an example,discuss and design practical teaching mode and methods.It is proposed that PBL teaching,CBL teaching,experiment teaching can be used in the classroom and thematic lectures,visiting,social survey,internship can be used outside the classroom,in order to improve the practical teaching.In the meantime,scientific and reasonable examination and evaluation mechanism needs to set up,so as to assure the practical teaching effect.In addition,the construction of the practical teaching teachers' team and practical teaching base should be reinforced.
